Agile Feature Kick-off: Product Backlog for a New Social Sharing Feature
Szenario
You've joined a nascent mobile app startup, 'ConnectSphere', which is building a community-focused platform. The leadership team has identified a critical 'social sharing' feature as the next big enhancement to drive user engagement. As the newly appointed Product Owner (or a Scrum Master assisting the PO), you're tasked with initiating the agile planning for this feature. Currently, there's only a high-level concept: 'Users should be able to share their posts/achievements on external social media platforms.' There are no existing user stories or detailed requirements for this specific feature.
Dein Ziel
Your task is to create an initial, prioritized Product Backlog for the 'social sharing' feature. This backlog should include a minimum of 5-7 user stories, each with clear acceptance criteria. You should also provide a preliminary effort estimation for each story (e.g., using T-shirt sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL or simple relative points) and justify your prioritization.
Erforderliches Ergebnis
A digital document (e.g., a spreadsheet, text file, or simple markdown file) containing the Product Backlog. Each user story must include: User Story, Description, Acceptance Criteria, Priority, and Estimated Effort.
Einschränkungen
- •The Product Backlog must contain at least 5 distinct user stories related to the social sharing feature.
- •Each user story must be written from the perspective of the user and include at least 3 clear acceptance criteria.
- •User stories must be prioritized, with a brief justification for the top 3 priorities.
- •Preliminary effort estimates (e.g., XS, S, M, L, XL or a 1-5 scale) must be assigned to each user story.
- •Focus on delivering incremental value and the 'Minimum Viable Feature' concept for the initial release.
